Vision

ERM Corp. was formed in 1966 and started building controllers for their parent elevator company. This early success prompted a move into the fixture business in 1980 and ERM has been strong in fixture sales ever since. Whether it is a single car repair job or a multi-car modernization job involving swing return panels, ERM has the engineering expertise and manufacturing capability to handle either type of project. On the fixture side, although we well known and respected on the West Coast, our goal is to achieve that same kind of brand recognition associated with ERM nationwide.

Microprocessor Controllers were introduced to the market in 1993 and with the recent launch of our unique Serial Link System in 2003, the future for continued growth in fixture and controller sales looks very positive. In fact, ERM is one of only a few companies that can offer a completely integrated fixture/controller package to the elevator industry. With completely pre-wired and tested packages coming out of the factory and only 33 traveling cables, our package reduces overall labor costs and just simply makes for an overall easier installation.

• worked as Leadman/Production Manager for over 9 years
• extensive knowledge of all aspects of fixture manufacturing and installation
• presently heads Engineering Department on fixtures and is responsible for processing and scheduling of approved fixture jobs.
